Sandblasting machine – Goldmann 40 PD

The Sandblasting machine 40/P is designed for industrial use by craftsmen and companies with a high volume of sandblasting work. This model features a special blasting media recycling system and a perfectly sized dust filtration unit.

Models 40/P and 40/PD feature a cassette-type filter with a very large filtration surface area, along with an external cleaning shaker. Filter dust settles into a dust container, which can be easily removed for emptying.

The filtered dust is extremely fine, as it has passed through an efficient pre-separation cyclone, which removes up to 95% of the dust. Dust separated from the blasting media is automatically routed via a discharge valve into the filter bags, and from there into the dust container.

The machine is very easy to operate.

The compressed air requirement is approximately 800–1200 L/min at 3 bar pressure. When using a 4 mm nozzle, operation can start with a compressed air supply as low as 450 L/min.
